Saturday 8.00 - 14.00
Sunday according to the agreement

The room rate includes either a continental hotel breakfast or a take-away breakfast bag, depending on the accommodation situation.

Check-in and check-out

Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. and check-out is by noon at the latest on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible for an extra charge. Rooms are kept available on the day of arrival until 6 p.m. unless late check-in has been confirmed with a credit card number and expiry date. For unconfirmed bookings, the hotel is entitled to cancel the booking after 6 p.m. and rebook the room.

Cancellation clause

Room reservations may be cancelled until 6 p.m. local time on the day of the arrival, unless stated otherwise when booking. The hotel is entitled to charge the customer the room rate for the first night if the reservation has not been cancelled by the time limit. For online bookings, the cancellation conditions of the booking agency apply.

For online bookings, changes or cancellations must also be made online.

Forms of payment

We accept cash, Finnish bank cards and major international credit cards.

Room rates include a continental breakfast and use of the gym corner. All our rooms are non-smoking. We levy a €400 cleaning charge for smoking in a room. The hotel has safe deposit boxes, lockers and a luggage room.

Group sales conditions

Group sales conditions apply to groups of over 10 persons.

A list of the group members' names must be sent no later than 14 days before the day of arrival. The list must also state the group leader's name and the group's estimated arrival time.

Rooms and other services are charged on one group invoice.
Payment is made either by invoice in advance by agreement or at the hotel reception in cash or by bank or credit card. Invoice payment must always be agreed in advance.

Cancellations of group reservations may be made at no charge as follows:

100% of the reservation 90 days before the day of arrival
50% of the reservation 45 days before the day of arrival
25% of the reservation 21 days before the day of arrival

We require binding notification of the number of participants and confirmation of group catering requirements at least 14 days before the start of the event. Catering is invoiced based on the confirmed number of participants at the event.
