Accessibility
Most of the hotel's facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have compiled some important information on accessibility below and will be happy to help with any further questions and bookings.
Main entrance
You can get to the main entrance of the hotel by car and take the ramp to the front door. The ramp has a handrail. The outer door opens automatically outwards.
Hotel rooms
The hotel has two accessible rooms. Access to the rooms is from the outside. There are 6 stairs to the rooms from the inside. The doors of the rooms are 90 cm wide, the coat racks are at the height of 130 cm. Both rooms have two 90 cm wide beds, the beds are about 65 cm high. The toilet seats have armrests. The bathrooms have a shower and the showers have movable shower seats.
Restaurant and terrace
Restaurant Into is accessible from reception either by elevator or ramp. The elevator door opens at the push of a button. The terrace is on several levels. There are movable ramps between the different levels but the ramps are steep and require an assistant to use them.
Accessible toilet facilities
There are accessible toilet facilities next to the reception (2nd floor) and on the 1st floor near Tuusulanjärvi Hall and Eggertas Banquet Hall.
Meeting and event venues
Accessible access to almost all meeting and banqueting facilities. The doors have a 1-2cm doorstep. The auditorium is ascending and only the lowest level is accessible.
In the Fireplace Lounge corner sofa is two steps lower than the rest of the space. Access to Edward, Einar and Viola is accessible, but if the catering is to be picked up from the restaurant side of the hall, you will have to use the elevator. Kyöstinranta ground floor is not accessible and there is no accessible toilets in Kyöstinranta.
