Meeting rooms
Gustavelund Conference Hotel has 15 meeting rooms of various sizes, 10 group work rooms, several restaurant facilities and 3 on-demand saunas. Each meeting room is equipped basic meeting equipment and we are happy arrange additional services as per your request.
Meeting catering from breakfast to dinner
Tasty catering ensures that your meeting guests are entertained and the event is a success. We also carefully plan the catering for multi-day meetings, taking into account the overall event.

Our programme service organises a wide range of activities to lighten up the day or at the end of the meeting.
Exhibition rooms
The hotel’s light and bright lobby area is the ideal setting for all types of exhibitions and fairs.
In the main lobby you can see both temporary art displays and our permanent exhibition of the hotel’s own art works. You can also follow our art and design pathway. The opening hours of the exhibitions are the same as for the hotel.

Winter Garden
A unique winter garden awaits you in Gustavelund’s hotel wing. Under the skylight windows grows Finland's largest Canary Island Date Palm. Venue is perfect to raise a glass and enjoy aperitif before the dinner. The space can accommodate up to 120 guests at a time.

Gustavelund Hotel welcomes both business and leisure travellers and tourist groups. The hotel is situated on the shore of Lake Tuusula just half an hour from Helsinki, and is the ideal base for trips to the cultural landmarks on the Tuusula Lake Road, nearby shopping centres, the Heureka science centre and the sights of Helsinki.
